The PACCAR Parts annual meeting focused on Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks. The meeting took place in two waves, showcasing each brand individually. We created a custom scenic set that supported both brands and said “tough and rugged” while also being as sleek as their truck designs. In fact, the PACCAR marketing team called it “the best looking set we ever had.” The set included 500 custom-made bolt heads and brand signs so large the backdrop branded the entire stage. Both waves of the event included a custom meeting set and gala treatments with complete technical and production services.
